Recognizing a commitment to veterans in the workplace for three years running

For the third year in a row, the Arbinger Institute has earned the HIRE Vets Medallion Award—a federal recognition that honors exceptional commitment to veterans in the workplace. The Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans (HIRE Vets) Medallion Program is the only federal award that honors employers who excel in supporting U.S. veterans. By actively recruiting, hiring, and supporting veterans, Arbinger continues to build a culture of inclusivity that values the unique skills veterans bring to the team.

Recipients of the 2024 HIRE Vets Medallion Award meet rigorous employment and veteran integration assistance criteria, including veteran hiring and retention percentages, availability of veteran-specific resources, leadership programming for veterans, dedicated human resource efforts, and pay compensation and tuition assistance programs for veterans.
